I'm on Day 10 of the Fat Smash Diet. Phase 2 here I come! Phase 1 was easier than I expected. What really helped me was being able to eat fruit. Cutting out the meat, carbs, coffee (even though I love it) was easy. I've been so busy at work, home, etc, that I didn't really think about what I was missing. I do admit to having a glass of wine 3 times but I made sure it was a dryer red. I feel like I have a pretty good routine going and see myself losing 20lbs by thanksgiving...who knows maybe 30 by Christmas???
Goals for Phase 2:
EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE...I didn't do enough in phase 1. The reduced calories alone helped, but I know Phase 2 will be harder.
Weigh-in every Monday. I want to make sure I'm staying on track. Having a Monday weigh in will deter me from slipping on the weekends (I hope!)
