Sneaking back into my focus on eating to live, instead of living to eat. I was very successful in losing 70lbs 10 years ago. I kept it off for 6 years and then I donated my kidney to my husband. There were complications and then he rejected my kidney and the health scares and work woos have excused me into a slow increase in weight that I just need to acknowledge. This site has been there for me and has recorded my ups and downs literally and I would really like to plug in and follow some other successes and struggles in hopes that it will help inspire my renewed motivation to get back on track.
245.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I gotta say this brought tears to my eyes. I got a notification and came to the site and saw there is a notifications section. lol I know, lame. I clicked on it and realized I had support!
