Same old, the week was good except the weekend. I was feeling so guilty Saturday morning. BUT now that I think back I went to the gym before going out Friday. Saturday morning I did walk to get my car to head to the afternoon football game, plus the walk to/from parking at the game. Exercise is not the problem... so many other little things that I am aware of. This coming weekend is Thanksgiving. Will be traveling to be with family for 3 full days. Major challenge.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Lover, nice to see you on my journal! Happy Thanksgiving. I regret having a few wobbly pops on friday that counted as my cheat meal. i would of much rathered gravy and stuffing instead! Hope you have a great day :)
