Recovering from Chemo, trying to start working out again. Tired ALL THE TIME. Working long hours, ready for bed when I get home, and hard to get up in the morning. Will keep on trucking. It has got to get better.

Don't rush back to the gym just yet. Chemo is EXTREMELY taxing on the body. It does more cellular damage than cancer does. I can't believe they still use that garbage. I don't know if anyone has ever told you this, but get a bottle of Selenium and take 400 MICROGRAMS a day. You wont have any lymph problems and it will help keep your immune system functioning properly. I PERSONALLY use it every day. As well as SEVERAL people I know use it. I actually told a favorite server of mine from Steak and shake about it and she is using it to cure her Lymph Edema. I say her 2 days ago and she said her Lymph Edema is 90% gone in 3 weeks from using Selenium. She doesn't even need her compression socks or gloves anymore. She HAD breast cancer. They go it. The Chemo almost killed her though. Ill pray for you.

It's a struggle but you will get through it. I also went through many of your symptoms but wise friends reminded me I'd been through a lot and it takes time to get through this. You need to rest and if your working long hours its understanable your tired when you get home. You can do this but take care of your body needs for now and don't feel guilty when your tired. Hugs and Prayers going your way
