This entry is to inform you of the detriment of stress and the importance of developing healthy sleep pattern. Last week was a stressful week and I somewhat develop insomnia. I could not sleep or focus, a matter of fact my body was numb to everyday feeling. I was eating healthy and previously did in the weeks before. However, this time I gained 3lbs instead of losing weight. I could not figure out why until I had a conversation with my husband. Albeit, eating healthy if the body is not getting enough rest or too stressed it was cause a chemical imbalance. Neither less to say, this week I am back to my old self and looking forward to making progress this week. This week I am aiming for 3-4lbs by eating a 1000 calories diet (low carb, high protein).
