I am getting settled into my new house and I got my gym membership last week. I went 5 days this week and I am proud of myself for that, but my eating is out of control. Im eating late and Im eating a lot of stuff that I didnt eat before. I have gained 3 pounds back, but I REFUSE to gain any more. I am determined to get my butt back on track and fix what ive messed up. I have 32 pounds to lose and 6 months to do it in. This is the restart of my journey!!!!

Good for you, you can do it. I have restarted several times myself but now I am almoslt at 200 pounds. I decided to do what works for me, I do muscle building and the fat and weight are just coming off. When you work out more you body needs more food. I add 300 calories back to my diet of veggies and lean meats and I am 24 pounds down fast... I work out 2 hours a day plus walk my dog a night for a mile or so
