Spoke to my sister today. We are reading this book on why people overeat. We have decided that we have an addiction and need to change our response to foods. I am an emotional eater and when I am feeling down I want to eat something fat, creamy, and suggery. Today I will try to plan to eat 1200 calories and plan for the complete day. I also have to find outlets for my emotions. Let's see how this works.
