So thankful for my weight loss no matter how slow or how small. It's staying off and I'm moving toward my goal! Feeling great!

I feel (because I've never seen any science stating so) that the longer you can keep your weight down to a certain level the more it becomes your "normal" and your body won't tend to exceed it - at least not without a lot of excess consumption. When you want to lose more it can be hard to endure a standstill but maybe there's a "silver lining" to it.
