9st 10 (stayed same at WW) What?! A pound ON?! But I've had deficits all week and was really confident of a result this morning, so I'm gutted :( Not a good start to a day on which we're having all you can eat brek!! I have worked extra this week so have been a bit more sedentary, even tho I still met my step goal each day, and haven't swum but once, but still I walked and cycled and...gah! No fair! No time to get to goal for Geekfest now, disappointing :(

Maybe lower your calories? If you are using what FS says for daily calories it may be too high.

Most of us go up and down a little. Don't get discouraged, it will even out.

That's happened to me to! I was down, then weigh in I was up. It's most likely sodium or some other factor causing bloat. If you are on plan, it will go back down. It just stinks when it's your weigh in day.

Thanks everyone :) I'm going to see if I can keep within my daily target more days this week, as I exceeded it last week a few times but don't usually worry too much about it if I still show a deficit. It's not often that I get caught out with an unexpectedly negative result, if I gain I'm usually guiltily aware of it! So I'll just stick with it and not let it put me off or get me down. Still a shame about my trekkie dress tho lol!

Maybe it's "water" weight or hormones... Don't beat yourself up over it, it will come out good!
