As one of my fellow FSs put it, "Shark week" commences. Ugh. Didn't gain my pre-game pounds.Feeling crappy but happy that I didn't crave my usual chocolate, sugar, carbs combo. Perhaps that's what makes me more aggressive during this time because yesterday all I wanted to do was cry... Took inspiration from Sugar Waffle and went shopping during lunch. Bought a nice spring dress and new pj's.....
173.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Ahhh, it's definitely emotional hormones with me. 3 weeks out of the month I'm very even keeled and have even been accused of being "bubbly." Although I do tell the men in my house that they've irked me all month, I just have the nerve to tell them during this special week! LOLS! Thank you all for the support. I really do cherish the camaraderie on this site. You all inspire me with your everyday struggles and solutions. Many thanks!
