Today is the 2nd low calorie/fasting day of the week. My menu is planned and entered, should be around 640 calories. I've got a protein shake ready and entered as lunch but hopefully I can hold out until dinner time, that'll give me about a 21 hour fast, and I'll be content with that and salad with tuna for dinner. But I've got the shake with me at work, better to cut the fast a few hours shorter and stay on track than be too hungry and tempted with the goodies available at work.

Thanks to everyone here, I really appreciate reading your journals as you share what you're doing, how far you've come, your victories, and your struggles. Each of you are a big part of any success I've had to this point, because I never had any lasting success before coming here. This morning I feel re-invigorated to push on and finish this stage of the journey. Have a great Thursday.

I really like your last paragraph. I feel the same way about the encouragement I have gotten from you and many others here. You are one of the guys that I used to paced my efforts. Keeping up with you has not been easy. Let's get those last 7 pounds done...

Thanks John, but you have out-paced me for sure. I'm working on getting those last 7 lbs off, would like to do 10 more after that. Diet fatigue or whatever name we want to call it has gotten the better of me for the past few months. I'm done with that.

lol...thanks Steven. I need to do more fishing then! I did hear that for every stair you climb you add 5 seconds to your life. Go up stairs all day, be immortal!
