I have been following the nutrition guidelines so closely I don't know why I can't lose! It's getting a little depressing.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

942 kcal Fat: 25.81g | Prot: 102.42g | Carb: 98.87g.   Breakfast: Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Pineapple, Blueberries. Lunch: Arugula Lettuce, Baby Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner: Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless), Cooked Brussels Sprouts (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bar, Banana. more...
