I've been ill for the last two weeks - sadly not anything that resulted in a rapid weight loss. Lol!
First week I couldn't stop eating, not helped by being confined to the house with all the temptations plus zero energy so my usual 10 - 20,000 daily steps dropped to less than a 1000.
Second week,still no energy but I managed to get a handle on my food intake, hence the 2 pounds lost.
Starting to feel a little better every day. I have to escort my mother to a medical appointment in London tomorrow - I had planned to walk through Hyde Park and do a spot of window shopping in Oxford Street but I think I will just have to wait in the reception and read/snooze.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like a lovely day of working out and helping your mother I lost my mom to diabetes a year ago because of her weight so keep going
