Went to the gym last night and wasnt sure if i had lost anything since i had been eating more than before and what a surprise. Down another 4 lbs. So since i have started this three weeks ago, i have lost a total of 9 lbs. I am proud of myself.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
