My goal was 3 pounds for week 2 but I only loss 2.8!! I will take that as a successful week. I repeated my motto every day and made changes by working with weights and I am meeting my step goals. Staying focus on the changes that will provide me with the results.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week

Don't forget to have some fun get out and get moving not as a form of exercise but just enjoying life it makes the trip a lot easier
