Creeping in on the 230s,wehen I weigh in at 239 I will feel accomplished. I am feeling good that it's still going the right way. Another tough week at home, a sick kid so again I couldn't get much activity in but keeping on eye on the food intake seems to have kept me on track.
Onward and hopefully hit the 30lb lost mark in the next few weeks.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
