I lost 0.2 lbs this last week. That's not bad, because I had 4 days that I messed up on my diet. I just started working out at Planet Fitness yesterday, for about 45 minutes. I also did 30 minutes on my Recumbent bike at home. I am going to try and work out at least 1 hour a day. Will see how sore I get,I may have to go to the gym very other day at first.
