Hermiones Mom's Journal, 11 April 2016

I'm weighing in today because I'm going to be traveling the end of the week into next week, and I'm going to check my weight Friday and then I won't weigh in again til I come back. I am thrilled with today and even though my pattern is to weigh less on Tuesdays, I'm taking this result happily and moving forward. No doubt I will bounce up and down for a week or so before moving solidly below 162, but I'm used to it, and it's OK. I really am delighted today.Thanks to everyone on FS for all the support. It's just invaluable, and I learn so much from all of you.
162.2 lb Lost so far: 71.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone. FYI -- sometimes when I'm a little discouraged I go on "weight history" and look at that graph headed steadily downward, and it really helps me get perspective!
