Week was good many salads and very little carbs.... Tuesday 3 dozen donuts showed up to a meeting I had 0. Thursday lunch provided by work Chinese food no noodles or rice stuck to the meat and veggies did have a small egg roll yesterday went on a walk with the wife. I think I need to loose another 10 to 15 lbs before I go back to a structure exercise routine. for now I will stick to doing some walking.. Let's see what this week will bring...
the 290 was from two weeks ago so I did not really loose 14lbs in one week it was more like 9lbs this last week but I couldn't go back to the date I actually weight myself two weeks ago.
