Back from the doctor and he is extremely happy with the results. No cysts, insulin test is normal, blood pressure is excellent. I am happy to be continuing with what I am doing until I am ready to give the whole baby-thing another go. That is the thing with exercise and losing weight. Sometimes its not just the outside appearances that matter, but what is happening on the inside that matters most.
Start weight (Beginning Feb) 92.5kg Current weight(Beginning April) 86.7kg
A long way to go :-) But I will get there

Great to hear that the doc is very happy with your results. you are so right, not all changes can be easily. Keep up the good work...just take it day by day and before you know it...you will be smashing more goals. Remember all things happen in Gods time - will be praying for you:-) Have a lovely weekend:-)
