I am still losing but I really need to follow this better. Can't seem to get enough veggies and protein in. Yesterday at work I managed to pass up the Drug Rep lunch of TGIF's wraps, potato skins and fries. Didn't really bother me either. I had my salad and Atkins chili. Which was delicious by the way!
