I began Atkins yesterday. Looking back over the last two years is depressing. I have gained 26 pounds in two years! Need to start making changes once and for all that will become a lifestyle and not a diet. Diets don't work, I am living testimony to that. Would lose weight, start making bad food choices and gain it all back, then start all over again. I put a whole new meaning to the word Yo-yo :(
My long term goal is to lose 50 pounds. My short term is to lose 15 pounds by June 6th. That would put me at 183. Everytime I start over, my starting weight is higher. Need to commit, and stick with
