I have lost 23 lbs in 12 weeks. I started at 178.2 lbs, I am now 155.2 lbs. My goal is 130 lbs, that's 25.2 lbs to go. I would like to be there by my 65th birthday, on August 27th. That's about 20 1/2 weeks from now. I just joined Planet Fitness,an plan on working out at least 3 time a week.
155.2 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
