After some initial difficulty falling asleep and my usual up a couple of times to use the bathroom, I slept remarkably well (no night sweats! no extra getting up to use the bathroom!). Not sure if it is the progesterone cream or Atkins....so I am going to try no cream starting today and see how that goes. I assume it's the cream...but you never know...good to check.
Weight is the same today. Energy level feels quite good! Off to Jazzercise class after my breakfast!

I didn't notice any change with night sweats while doing Atkins, but it did make a huge difference with bathroom trips at night and my husband tells me I no longer snore like a lumber jack. Unfortunately, he still does. (haha)

Did you have more trips to the bathroom or less? Those first few days I could barely stay out of the bathroom at night...was very tiring going pee all the time. Night sweats have been so good these last few days...hardly any!
