My weight is really fluctuating. I had some stressful days full of anxiety. Maybe that is affecting... Can't direct my weight exactly where I want it to be this week by Sunday - that is the mark of 135... :(
137.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
