Losing 6 pounds on week one has kept me motivated. I like eating every 3 hours. I feel satisfied all day. I notice now when I eat my first snack of almonds that I get heated for a few minutes. So I know my metabolism is up. A diet where I can enjoy my red wine in the evenings is perfect for me.

Awesome loss!! I am trying a similar method...I am eating 100 calorie greek yogurt every 3 hours for breakfast and lunch with 2 100 calorie almonds...and due to my age, my metabolism has slowed down but when I get that slow burn or heat, I know something is happening...I am finding that I am more satisfied with multiple smaller meals...You are doing GREAT!! Congrats on your success♥♥

What the 3 hour diet is that every 3 hours you eat. Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Treats. You keep your metabolism revved up. I don't fee hungry and I feel very satisfied. An example is: Breakfast: Flax muffin (recipe is in the book), egg, 2 chicken sausages, tea, water Snack: 10 almonds Lunch: Grilled chicken on a salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, blue cheese dressing, shredded cheese Snack: String cheese, 6 almonds Dinner: Salmon cake, kale (or chicken, burger, etc.) Treats: 2 glasses of wine (you can very all of this according to the allowed foods in the book My first week. I felt full because I don't usually eat breakfast for snacks. My energy is up. Today I had a Teriyaki Steak and broccoli for lunch. You are allowed 100 Sugar Calories a day. So I am picky about what I eat for that. and of course drink Lots of Water.......
