Well, once again I was trying to follow my diet plan without writing everything down. Once again I failed...I just have to keep telling myself that I have to be held accountable for the food I eat. I need the structure of recording all I eat and my exercise time; otherwise I fall back into my horrible eating habits.
Spring is here. Time for a new start. A rebirth if you will.
