crabby Kat's Journal, 26 March 2016

Enough of this gaining weight trend! Still below my goal, and my measurements aren't bad, but I don't like feeling flabby.

I'm still having issues with my neck from my car accident 4 months ago. It interferes with so much! Finally got x-rays, which showed worsening arthritis at a couple levels, and a flattening from the ligament strain. I keep going, Zumba, physical therapy exercises, and housework, baking and cooking. Not as much of the last three, since they really aggravate things.

I'm making adaptions where I'm able.

Enjoying the beautiful spring weather here; it's even supposed to be in the 70's this coming week. :)

I have suffered through chronic neck pain myself and it is miserable. I hope you get to a pain level you can live with soon. I have found that over the past year, getting stronger and fitter, my neck does not hurt as much or as often, but it has been a long process. Feel better soon.
