Holidays and family visits and big meals and homemade cookies are waging a war on me... Yesterday I was in full retreat, but hopefully I can regroup and do better today and on through the week.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
