Okay, restart. I've been getting lazy on entering food and watching what I'm eating. So, today, is a restart. I've gained only 2.2 lbs since my last weigh in, so it wasn't a complete bust, but just lazy. I could use the excuse that my back has been hurting me and the pain meds give me the munchies, but that would just be an easy out. So, today, I refocus on what is good for me and what I need to do.
