Ate about 1200 calories after dinner and before bed, including about a half pint of Ben & Jerry's. Scale is down about 2.5 lbs today.

It's all water weight of course, but it still makes for a fun story that gets friends and family angry at me. :)

But once again, more evidence that IIFYM works, and is all I (or most people) need to worry about for gaining or losing weight - it's just not for the faint of heart when you have big water weight fluctuations from carb intakes that vary all the time.

4236 kcal Fat: 195.19g | Prot: 256.69g | Carb: 377.99g.   Breakfast: eb egg, plum, kraft reduced fat colby jack, Omega 3 Fish Oil, aunt millie's whole wheat, oscar meyer center cut bacon, fiber one cottage cheese. Lunch: quinoa, Flavor & Fiber Bars - Peanut Butter, apple, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), broccoli, naturally nutty. Dinner: Walnut Crusted Chicken. Snacks/Other: fiber one 80, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Chobani), blueberries, cocoa roast almonds, Beef Jerky, oatmeal cookie chunk, Cranberry Almond + Antioxidants. more...
