Since I am better eating my usual diet the weight is up to where I have been lately. My goal is 125 lbs. I hurt my knee so I stopped exercising but now done with physical therapy & started my walking exercises. I will slowly go back to my routine.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
