Doctor wants me at 215, not the 195 I had been gunning for. I am going to make that my official goal, but I think I will try to stay around 210.

My doctor set goal is only 10lbs away, my safety margin goal is only 15. I can do that in about two months.

Again, looking for a little help with accountability. If you see me do dumb stuff, or not log, please feel free to reach out an virtually smack me upside my virtual head.
