kingkeld's Journal, 25 September 2011

It's post-spike day, and of course there is a weight gain, as there always is. I gotta say, I'm disappointed that I haven't lost any weight for the last two weeks, but I do see the numbers getting better and better, so things ARE happening.
Yesterday, I spent the ENTIRE day walking. Wife and I went to Copenhagen (the capitol of Denmark) by train, and walked around, shopping all day. Everything we bought, we carried in back packs, so I am sure we have burned quite a lot of calories. We had great food, and we ended up at a super nice little Indian restaurant, having an awesome dinner.
Today is a whole different game. Back and legs are aching from the walk and dragging all the extra stuff around, today will be mostly relaxing.
I hope I can knock those extra kilos off soon. Not sure what it takes other than to do good? We'll see.
Happy Sunday everyone. Life is good!

The minute you take you're eye off the game is the moment things slide back to the old ways and the weight climbs back on unchecked. You are STILL in the game, so whatever happens you are winning as you continue to monitor. The weight will therefore get back on track...may be it's teasing you and will be on it's way when you least expect it. Life is good indeed! XX

Thanks for the encouraging words! I am positive that the weight WILL come off, but it can be sooooo frustrating when we have to wait for it. I have my one year annicersary coming up, and I want to be just a tad lower than my lowest so far. This is a REALLY poor choice of moment to stall. :)
