Yeah, .2 pounds is a success this week. Out of town for week end.
Ate reasonable - but big portions. The excerice is the only reason- getting up and walk/jogging for an hour and taking the stair (8th floor) really gets the credit.

Now just keep it up and watch the points - need to be down before end of year. Want to start the new year off losing new weight.
