I been depressed for awhile now. I've gained more weight than I thought I would've liked but that's water under the bridge now. I'm starting my diet over w/my goals. I'll be back on the wagon Sunday March 20th 2016. I'm doing a challenge for myself using bodyweight exercises starting Monday March 21st 2016 (1st day of Spring).

just take one step at a time and soon you will be off and running. You can do this, you will do this - why - because you deserve to feel good about you and your body! You are a wonderful person and we are happy to see you again!
