I've now become accustomed to only eating an apple or orange for lunch to the point that yesterday I worked from home and ate 2 pieces of left-over pizza from the fridge. All afternoon my body rejected the pizza as it sat in my stomach like a brick. I couldn't eat dinner and only had an apple in the evening. I'm dropping weight pretty rapidly with this granola in the AM, fruit only" at lunch, and regular dinner routine. I'm closing in on my goal and excited to see where this is going!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
