woohoo! i can scarcely believe it, actually :D only 1kg left to go! looks like i will drop a little lower, but that's ok. firstly, my tummy isn't flat yet and secondly it will compensate for rebound weight when i start eating more.
101.4 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
