When I started this challenge, I started to follow lchf. I still have much to learn about this woe, but it seems to be going in the right direction. I only heard about lchf through reading the main feed. It goes to show that journal entries help everyone. :)
277.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 142.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I started right where you are and have learned sooo much from here! Have you looked into Intermittent Fasting and BulletProof Coffee? Not to overwhelm you or anything but I learned both of those things here and with all the support the weight has come off and am feeling fantastic! GREAT start, keep it up!

I have been drinking a lot of coffee to help curb the cravings. Once I get past the cravings I will drink more water and much less coffee, but will still need coffee in the morning. I will def. look into bulletproof coffee. I have read people use coconut oil and butter, but as for the amount, I will have to Google further... When the weight loss slows, I will check into intermittent fasting. thanks for the encouragement! Great to hear from people who has succeeded on lchf. Any and all tips are welcome via message or here. :)

I do bullet poor coffee at lunch time and then I eat at six ock evening....then no more eating till the next day intermittent fasting. 6 hr eating window and 18 hours fasting... I seem to never get hungry....Good luck to you what ever you choose.

That doesn't sound too bad. No eating after 6pm would be no prob, not eating til noon the next day will be a challenge. I have gone til 9:30 am, I will try to stretch it to 12 noon. Thanks for the info.

I use 1 tbs coconut oil in my coffee first thing in morning. I also stay at around 1200 calories so don't use the butter in it. I'm not hungry and have great energy. Lots of people use it for IF. If you had told me a year ago I could go HOURS without eating and not be STARVING I would have not believed it! Also, the coffee with the oil doesn't mess up the fast as it doesn't spike your insulin levels....
