Okay, so I remember when I was using pilates as my warm up.. Now it's an actual sweat inducing workout again. Oi. I really fell off the exercise wagon this time. I won't let that get me down though. "Do your best and forget the rest" says Tony Horton. So I will do that.. Even though my pilates workout has become just that again, I am going to do it twice a day, every other day. I am used to P90X, so I feel I need to step it up and bring it. I will get back into my size 7 jeans.
