How the hell that happened, I have no idea. I'll try again tomorrow and see how it fares. Stupid weight fluctuates up to three pounds a day; perhaps it just wasn't a good morning. Good news? My skirt fit this morning. I'm getting some of my wedding-era clothes back.

I'm beginning to think that the numbers on this site aren't accurate. I've been METICULOUS about journaling food and exercise, even if it's just "desk work" for 16 hours, but if it's right, I should have lost 1.5 pounds since last Thursday, since I'm down 4269 calories. What gives?
131.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
