My weight is staying about the same - yet I am exercising much more - clogging 2.5 hours on Sundays and Tuesdays. Should be seeing a reduction. Start Zumba tonight - maybe it will help.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The only thing that may be hurting you is what you put in your mouth. Exercising only builds metabolism and strengthens your muscles. It does help burn fat some, but the bigger picture is what you eat.I reduced my calories to only 1500 max a day and I exercise 4-5 days a week. I always worked out with no problem but I didn't see weight drop off until I cut my calories 2 moths ago. Now I've lost 15pds!

Sometimes it takes time to see the results of your exercise. When you increase your exercise, your muscles retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as no loss, small loss or even a gain from water weight. It is temporary. Just keep going and focus on how your clothes are fitting. Eventually, you will see the scale move too.
