Went to a loving Chi Gong workshop over the weekend. Gained 2 + pounds on their delicious vegetarian food. Lost the pounds by Tuesday. Gained on a business dinner where deserts and appetizers were ordered "for the table". Also forgot my nature's throid all week. Result up again.
