I started well yesterday.
Had bitter chocolate instead of tea, had olives for dinner, and later had about 6 crackers with kraft cheese and some grapes.
I lost 500grs still, must be because the rest of the day I was good!
140.4 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
