Happy Wednesday Everyone !!! New pedometer working great walked 2.05 miles in 45 minutes. Since I weigh every day but only record once a week, I don't want to jinx myself, but the scale gods this morning said 179.6 lbs... hope this trend keeps up ! Have a great day everyone !

Great job - it's such a wonderful feeling and we celebrate with you!! I wear my pedometer every day with a goal of getting at least 10,000 steps in. When I check it after work, it gives me a much better idea of what I still need to do to reach my personal goals. Hope you find it to be as motivating as I do.
