Broke 200 for the first time in many, many years. Hooray!
199.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'd love to say that, but honestly, I'm mostly making it up as I go along. Following general guidelines (eat less, exercise more, cut down on fat and carbs, etc), but no really well thought out plan. Still, I'm reading and researching more each week and adding in new ideas as I find them. And it doesn't hurt that people are starting to notice I've dropped some weight.

You are doing something; and going in a positive direction. That's more than 90% of the population in America is doing. LOL. As I've mentioned, I go the route of moderation. I don't give up everything I like, because then I binge when I get discouraged. If I reward myself with something especially tasty and full of fat and carbs, I try to proportion it so I still stay close to my overall RDI for the day. I can't stress highly enough how important it is to journal everything you eat; it just seems to be the magical catalyst for success.

Agreed. I've become much more conscious of what (and how much) I'm eating since I've been using this.
