i wake up late ,i exercise 15 mins and after that have breakfast' i have lunch i cook fried vegetable with rice ,i dont eat dinner the big meal i eat only fruits and vegetable^^ about 4.30 pm i exercise 30 mins today i want to exercise 3 time ,morning afternoon and evening ^^
