Dance went for 3 hours last night.. 3 hours of high energy fast moving dancing.. It was so fun.. The woman I dance with are AWESOME.. We had brownies b4 we danced.. BUT I dont think they stayed with us long.. I'm lookin foward to dancing in church service next week! It's gunna be FUN.. I almost did a bad thing today.. Eat a yummy FATTY burrito.. Instead I had cream of wheat and egg beaters.. Cuz I'm amazing. LOL!
UT OH.. betta watch your back 150! Cuz here I come!

Go girl! I typically don't have to work out on Sundays just because of all the dancing I do in my choir at church. lol Have a great week!
