Still not feeling my best. Today, get blood work done and ask for personal copy. Day after 2morrow see Dr. M about side effects on new med (may have 2 change due to multiple effects which negatively impact daily performance and feelings of wellbeing.
Light breakfast... preoccupied with other tasks.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
