i lost 2.4! I am so excited. i feel motivated, and am looking forward to a healthier me. I am worried about my skin if I lost the 87lbs total that I want. How do I prevent sagging? Already using skin firming lotions and trying to drink a lot of water.
237.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's hard to tell how much your skin will go back because it's based on how much you need to lose, genetics and how much you exercise. Strength training will help tone you up as you lose, and cardio will help burn calories and lose fat. So a combo of both may work well. Also, age is a factor with skin too. Heck, Heidi Klum has had 4 kids and still looks great in a bikini.

thank you both. I appreciate it. I will keep working hard, I know for now I can't lift heavy weights, and im scared to start strength training because i may start to see my weight go up again.. we will see..
